Passover...is it for me?

Yes, Passover is for YOU, it is for ANYONE who follows the God of the Bible. Even if you DON'T follow the God of the Bible, the Passover season is a great time to start your journey with God. Remember the Exodus? The LORD gave instructions to His people on how to be saved and have the "destroyer" PASS OVER their homes. This same principle is consistently active today: a spiritual battle with instructions to be saved from the destroyer, and those instructions are found all throughout the Bible. The people in Egypt who formerly worshipped and made offerings to the false gods of Egypt, (who got destroyed before their very eyes) decided they no longer wanted the possibility of the destroyer coming into their homes, so they left with the Israelites. "A mixed multitude also went up with them, and very much livestock, both flocks and herds.- Ex ‭12‬:‭38‬ ‭ESV‬‬ - that "mixed multitude" was the people who were living in Egypt, in ADDITION to the Israelites, who witnessed the Awesome and fearsome power of the plagues being poured out on Egypt and had decided that THEY too wanted to serve this AWESOME and fearsome God, who demonstrated His victorious power, over all the false gods of Egypt - and WON. So the mixed multitude LEFT EGYPT to follow God and be protected and provided for, by Him. This SAME GOD - Creator YAHWEH, is the God of the Bible, the same God who sent His Son, Yeshua (means Salvation in Hebrew) to conquer sin & death, and live a perfect life of walking in Obedience to the Commands of His Father. Those Commands are found in the Bible, and are how we know that Passover is for ME, and YOU, and all those who call themselves followers of God.
