THE 2025 SPRING HOLY DAY DATES

These are the dates for the Holy Days in the spring for this year. The Holy Days are actually on the Hebrew calendar which can be difficult to transfer to the Gregorian calendar so we did it for you!

Here are the dates!

(all days start at the evening of the day listed except Pesach)

1. The start of month 1 Mar 29 at sundown - Mar 30 at sundown, 2025

2. Pesach meal at dusk April 12, 2025

3. 1st day of the Feast Of Unleavened Bread April 12 at sundown - April 13 at sundown, 2025

4. First Fruits sunset April 19 to sunset- April 20, 2025

5. Last day of Unleavened Bread sunset April 18- sunset  April 19, 2025

1. Rosh Hodesh is the Moedim (appointed time) that sets the start of each month. This year the first Rosh Hodesh starts March 29, 2025 at sundown until March 30, 2025 at sundown. This is the 1st day of the 1st month of the year (this is the beginning of the year) on the Hebrew calendar.

2. Passover (Pesach) really refers to the Passover MEAL (which used to include the Passover LAMB that was slaughtered "in between the evenings" aprox 3pm) on April 12, 2025. The meal is eaten at sundown and is the 1st "feast" of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

3. The 1st day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread is on the 15th day of the 1st Hebraic Month and starts at sundown April 12, 2025. **The first and last days are REST DAYS to be taken off from work (April 13th & 19th).**

4. The Festival of First Fruits this year starts on April 19, 2025 at sundown until April 20, 2024 at sundown. At the beginning of this celebration is when we start to "Count the Omer", every day for "7sets of Sabbaths" until the Holy Day of Shavuot (Feast of Weeks), total of 50 days.

5. The last day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread starts at sundown April 18, 2025 until April 19, 2025 at sundown **This is a REST DAY to be taken off from work.**
